• Make sure your requirements are easily understood and your colors, lettering and/or numbers are specified clearly.
• Please type or print clearly and verify that all spelling is accurate.

• Minimum order for caps is 24 units. That's of the same design at the same size, but you can mix styles, sizes and colors.
• Minimum order on flat goods is 12 units. That's of the same design at the same size, but you can mix styles, sizes and colors.

• Thread Colors - Up to 12 thread colors for your intricate embroidery designs. We will make every effort to closely match PMS colors within the Madreira thread color palette.
• We provide the first sew-out free. A subsequent sew-out on a swatch or garment will be $10.00. If we provide the garment, it is the cost of the item plus shipping plus $10.00
• The first color change is free. subsequent changes are $15.00 each.
• Any changes to the original proof will incur extra charges and extend completion date.
• Artwork requiring additional preparation, an hourly rate will apply.
• LOGO Development $45/Hour. Please contact customer service for more info, and we will put you in contact with one of our graphic designers.
• There is a no return policy on embroiderd merchandise.

• For best results please provide size as CAMERA READY artworks.
• Business cards can be used although there may be a loss of details as a result of enlargement.
• Faxes and photocopies are acceptable, however artwork may differ slightly from the original.
• E-mail us your artwork as a .jpg .gif .ai .eps .pdf .bmp .psd .tiff or Corel Draw to graphics@jerseyrack.com
• Any digital file exceeding 5 MB should be uploaded to our FTP.

• One Line - $4.00
• Two Lines - $5.50
• Metallic Thread - add .50 for each item
• Polly Bagging - add .60 for each item
• Oversized Bags (over 24" Long) - add $3.00 for each bag due to the configuration of our machines, we can only use 1/2 capacity of the machines for these orders.

• Pre production is 4-5 dbusiness days after receipt of camera ready artwork. Final Production is 7-10 business days after the approval of sew out. Plus additional shipping time.
• Turn-around time can vary depending on the complexity of the order and/or what printing schedules are at hand.
• Please allow sufficient lead time when placing your order.

• We ship UPS Ground or Express 2-day, 3-day or Overnight.
• All shipping costs are paid in full by you, our customer.

• Payment is due in FULL on Placement of order.
• We accept Checks and Money Orders through the mail.
