How do I place a custom order?
You can place a Custom Order by using our state of the art Creative Studio application. There, you can customize you order. If you need assistance, click our Live Help and a representative will be able to assist you or feel free to call us at 1-800-504-8894. We are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time. If it is after hours, you can leave us a voice message or e-mail us at info@jerseyrack.com
Can I buy just one jersey?
Yes, you can buy just one JerseyRack™ Apparel.
The is no minimum on stock apparels (blank), and all JerseyRack™ apparels. All other brands vary.
Can I buy authentic or replica Pro and College Sports team jerseys?
We are not licensed to sell any OFFICIALLY LICENSED APPAREL for NBA, NHL, NFL, MLB, MLS or OFFICIALLY LICENSED NCAA JERSEYS for any college sports. That means we don't carry any apparel with pro team logos on them.
Does JerseyRack™ use sweatshops, child labors, or forced labor in their facilities?
No. All JerseyRack™ facilities (and contractors) adhere to our strict internal code of conduct, local & international laws.
Can you make patches that I can apply to my own jersey, or can I send my jersey to you for customizing?
YES, we can make patches or crests, please see our pricing chart for embroidery.
NO, we cannot provide customizing on any garments that are not purchased from us.
What is your minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum for stock (blank) orders and can be any combination of styles and colors or jerseys, pants, shorts, etc.
There is NO minimum on all JerseyRack™ apparels.
All other customized brands has a minimum quantity of 12 items that must all be the same style and color and all decorating such as screen printing, twill numbers, letters, etc. must be the same color scheme.
We will sell a minimum of six items on an exact repeat order for the purpose of fill-ins.

How long does it take to make my custom uniforms?
Production time for custom JerseyRack™ orders runs 2 to 4 weeks depending on the item and the time of year. We do not offer rush service. We do not guarantee delivery dates. An estimated ship date will be given at the time of order entry, but the actual ship date can vary by up to a week depending on our production load. We are not responsible for production delays beyond our control.
The standard turn-around time on screen printed apparels is 2 WEEKS. This is the time from when your artwork is received and all your material including styles, colors and sizes are chosen, to the day that your order is shipped out.
How long does it take to make my Creative Studio™ Apparel?
Each order is reviewed by a member of our production team and, if needed, any design improvements are recommended.
For jerseys and most other products, it takes approximately 2-4 weeks, depending on the time of the year and volume of order.
How long does it take to ship stock items?
We will usually ship any stock item within 48 hours of your order. This is only for in-stock undecorated items. Custom items or stock items that are going to be customized with lettering or numbering take approximately two to four weeks for production. Then allow 2-7 days for shipping depending on what method you choose to ship.
How do I know what sizes to order?
We have size charts for all of our products. Please note that sizes vary by brand & categories.
How will you ship my order?
We use a variety of shipping carriers, such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
Sorry, we don't accept foreign orders, unless it is drawn on a US credit card with a US address and shipped to an address in the US.
What are your payment terms?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, certified check, money order or personal/company check. Sorry, no C.O.D. We don't offer credit terms.
Payments are securely transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
For custom orders we must receive full payment before your order is processed. If you pay by personal or company check, we will not process your order until your check clears the bank. We can secure your order with a credit card which will allow us to process your order before receiving your check. We will not charge your card unless we don't receive your payment by the time your order ships.
Purchase Order - JerseyRack.com offers payment via PO as a convenience exclusively for qualified institutions, such as universities, government entities, and large corporations with established PO systems. You may checkout directly on the web site using the purchase order option but JerseyRack must receive your PO via fax at 800-585-4754 before we can begin processing your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world. However, all international orders must be paid by bank wire transfer. We do not accept foreign credit cards. We only ship by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL.
